Eligibility: Open to the first 30 lifters. You must be a current registered USAW member in good standing to compete. **A copy of current USAW card must be emailed to meet director**

Rules: 15 KG and 20 KG bars are available, 1 KG Rule will apply, Singlets and lifting shoes required.

Awards: Top 3 Open Men, and Open Women lifters based on Sinclair Formula.

Women Open Wt. Division (kg): 48, 53, 58, 63, 69, 75, 75+ 
Men Open Wt. Division (kg): 56, 62, 69, 77, 85, 94, 105, 105+ 

Competition Schedule: 
Weigh-In / Lifting Begins
Women – 8:00am - 9:00am / 10:00am 
Men – 10:00am – 11:00am / 12:00pm

Entry Fees: $40 (Registration closes Tuesday, November 15th)...must be “in-hand”
