Eligibility: Open to the first 30 lifters. You must be a current registered USAW member in good standing to compete. **A copy of current USAW card must be emailed to meet director**
Rules: 15 KG and 20 KG bars are available, 1 KG Rule will apply, Singlets required.
Awards: Top 3 Open Men and Open Women lifters based on ROBI Points & Top 3 Masters Men and Women as determined by both the Sinclair coefficient and Meltzer-Faber coefficient.
